We are unable to deliver to any BFPO numbers / addresses. In order to send to a BFPO, you must supply the complete address.
Please note that next working day delivery service is for the customers' benefit when wishing to receive extremely prompt delivery of their items. We do not make any profit whatsoever from this service.

We aim to deliver UK orders within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order.
Occasionally products do go out of stock and if this is the case we will endeavor to source them as soon as possible. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered cannot be delivered within the 1-3 day timeframe. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, off shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some, or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. We will contact you if there are any delivery restrictions to your address. (If you require further information please contact us).
If goods are being sent outside of the EU we will remove any VAT (Value Added Tax) applied at the prevailing rate by the UK government to goods purchased. Customs or import duties are then applied once the package reaches its destination country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, holding fees). We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change so we would advise you to contact your local customs office for current, up-to-date information prior to placing your order.
We will also not be liable for any further costs incurred as a result of a recipient's refusal to pay customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by Team Direct as a result of the recipient's refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.
We make every effort to ensure that we deliver the correct goods, and that goods are delivered to you in perfect condition (goods are all quality checked at our warehouse before being dispatched). However, we are only human and should you receive incorrect or faulty goods please ring us promptly on 01392 354791, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace the goods.
We are happy to refund or exchange your goods as long as you can say "yes" to the following 3 points:
All goods must be sent back to us using Recorded Delivery - to ensure their safe arrival. Please also include a note stating your reason for returning.
Exchanges of goods will be made and sent out to you as soon as we receive the original items. If the original item(s) being returned are neither due to our error, or faulty, then you will be charged £3.95 delivery to re-send the exchanged goods out. If the item(s) you have received are either incorrect or faulty, then we will of course cover the cost of replacing and shipping the item(s).
Refunds are issued within 5 working days of us receiving the goods, with notification confirmed via the post. If you are requiring a refund for item(s) which are neither due to our error, or being faulty, then you will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, minus a £3.95 postage charge. If the goods are faulty, then you will of course be offered a replacement item, or a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non UK customers returning their goods for exchange within the returns period of 14 days after purchase will be subjected to a charge for postage costs incurred when re-shipping the product(s). Charges will be taken from the card used when placing your original order.
