The Vans Era Navy Blue Shoe has a sharp but relaxed style - part skate, part yachtsman and completely leisure! 

The Navy Blue Vans Era shoe has a navy blue canvas upper - with high quality white stitching detail and padded ankle collar, white laces - with 5 lace holes per side, a white vulcanized midsole and a classic gum sole. The Vans Era  has the Vans logo on the back of sole and stitched into the outside of canvas upper. This Vans Era 59 black shoe will look hot if worn with jeans, baggies or shorts.

In essence the Vans Era is a slightly increased quality version of the Vans Authentic shoe - with slightly thicker canvas, padded ankle collar and increased stitching detail.

The Vans Era was a progression from the Vans Authentic. Made for the skateboard market it took the classic silhouette that had been successful since 1966 and made a number of notable changes. The main difference is the padded collar and reinforced stitching to add extra resilience while skating.
