The following shipping costs apply to all orders:
 

Shipping Terms

We aim to deliver orders not requring printing within 5 days of receipt of your order. The delivery timeframe for orders requiring printing / embroidery is 14 days. Occasionally products do go out of stock and if this is the case we will endeavor to source them as soon as possible. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered cannot be delivered within the 5 or 14 day timeframe. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
 

Delivery Restrictions

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, off shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some, or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. We will contact you if there are any delivery restrictions to your address. (If you require further information please contact us).
 

Returns

We make every effort to ensure that any goods are delivered to you in perfect condition, and that we deliver the correct goods. However, we are only human, and should you receive incorrect or faulty goods please ring us promptly on 01392 35 47 91, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace the goods.

A delivery charge will be made for all goods replaced due to customer ordering error.

Please note: Do not return goods without speaking to us first (by calling 01392 35 47 91), so that we can arrange replacements or a refund without delay. If you should receive goods that do not meet your expectations, then you can of course return them for a full refund within 7 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, still in a good resaleable condition, and in their original packing.

We regret garments that have been printed / embroidered in any way cannot be accepted back for refund, except when faulty.
